Adrian Brown Executive Recruiter

Adrian Brown began his career as a truck driver for a household relocation company, an experience that has helped to shape his work ethic, determination and professional attitude. It, in fact, inspired him to start his own company, Executive Moving Solutions, a company that relocated senior level execs that were being transferred to the US and Canada. In this role, Adrian wore many hats, juggling bookkeeping, business development, payroll, operations and, of course, managing his team. As a testament to his leadership and drive, Adrian grew the company from one small truck doing local moves to a fleet of five tractor trailers with a small warehouse, 15 employees and one million in revenue in the first year of business.

Adrian’s passion for success and his entrepreneurial spirit have helped him identify the key candidates needed for V-, C- and Director-level roles in Sales, Marketing and Finance. Having recruited for Primerica, one of North America’s largest financial services organizations, Adrian has had the opportunity to participate in high level training sessions covering progressive recruitment techniques. At Martyn Bassett Associates, he understands the importance of listening to the concerns of business professionals, as it is imperative in building great client and candidate relationships. 

An avid reader, his intense interest in personal and professional development continues to motivate him to learn and expand his capabilities.

Adrian lives his life to the fullest and cites his greatest accomplishment as raising a wonderful, happy and confident little girl. He lists his father as his lifelong hero, and his strong sense of values comes from his mother.
