Since joining Martyn Bassett Associates in 1999, Heidi has been instrumental in building high-performance sales teams for some of the firm's most valued clients across Canada and the US.

Heidi has led the Martyn Bassett team as a top recruiter, often relying on her natural ability to find the important details and provide guidance to her candidates. Her speed of execution, combined with her ability to slice through "sales speak" to get to the facts that matter, are often the reasons why clients continue to retain Martyn Bassett Associates.
