Toni Hooper Executive Recruiter

Toni joined the Martyn Bassett Associates team in 2005 and has since been awarded the title of Most Valuable Player both for her excellence in recruiting and for her willingness to help her team members succeed.

As an experienced sales professional, Toni achieved numerous awards in her previous role at Pitney Bowes, including Top Rep for the Month, Presidents Club, and Top Meter and Mail Finishing Sales. She was promoted three times in under two years for her accomplishments.

Toni attributes her success as a recruiter to her time in sales, noting that it really shaped her understanding of business and what motivates professionals.

In her role at Martyn Bassett Associates, Toni has recruited for and secured some of the firm’s most recognizable clients, including Eloqua, Decisionview, Orc Software and Fidessa. Toni enjoys working on roles that demand her high degree of innate perception and self-direction. Her areas of focus include; direct sales, marketing, presales and professional services roles as well as a strong focus on financial software companies.

Personal and professional integrity is of utmost importance to her, and clients definitely appreciate her positive, honest feedback.

Toni completed a degree in business and marketing at Niagara College in Ontario. She is an extreme sports enthusiast and is an active member of the Downtown Chihuahua Meetup Group.
