Toni Hooper Director of Recruiting

Toni Hooper is energy personified. Combine this with her innate understanding of what motivates business professionals and you begin to realize what has precipitated Toni ‘s incredible career success to date.

 Toni joined the Martyn Bassett Associates team in 2005 and has since been consistently rewarded with Most Valuable Player and Top Biller awards for her excellence in recruiting and her willingness to help team members succeed.

In her role as an Executive Recruiter for MBAI, Toni has worked relentlessly recruiting for key roles and has also recruited for the firm’s most recognizable clients, including Eloqua, XPI, I Love Rewards and Orc Software. 

In 2010, Toni was promoted to Director of Recruiting for the Martyn Bassett team and now hires and trains all new recruiters, while continuing to recruit for the most specialized and demanding C- and V - level roles.  Clients with high-level strategic searches are in good hands with Toni, from solutions such as wireless technologies, industry-specific business applications, business intelligence, infrastructure, Saas and more.

Previous to her work at MBAI, Toni obtained her degree in Business & Marketing from Niagara College and worked as a Sales Professional for Pitney Bowes, where she won numerous awards (Top Rep, President’s Club, Top Meter & Mail Finishing Sales) and was promoted three times in under two years for her accomplishments.

Honest, friendly and engaging, Toni’s professional integrity is of utmost importance to her and clients appreciate her straightforward approach and feedback.
