Are you a talented, hardworking IT professional with a great attitude and experience providing multi-level support to myriad departments?

In this technical support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of all software and hardware, as well as managing network security and server side functionality.

Improving productivity and technical objectives to meet business goals will be a chief responsibility. This will include overseeing communication systems, back-up scheduling and ongoing upgrades/performance enhancements.

You will use your expertise in Microsoft technologies to provide assistance on a day-to-day basis - running the gamut from low level troubleshooting to complex network/server problems. Testing, installation and systems upgrades are also an integral part of your work week.
