Quartermaster was looking for a Product Design Lead with both B2C and B2B end-to-end focused product design experience and someone who could design both web and mobile digital products.

Midway through the search, there was a DEI pivot to focus on female candidates and female representation for this very inclusive-research-focused design team.

 

The Client 

Our client is a Toronto-based early-stage tech company that created a marketplace platform focused on helping homeowners connect with trusted professionals and better manage their household needs.

 

The Hire

A very technical yet creative end-to-end Product Designer with 12+ years of relevant experience. She came with a strong technical UX and visual design background, and a robust design portfolio that showcased her diverse and highly related work to our client’s immediate design challenges.
