Walking in, you'll inherit a team of 3 selling a SaaS platform to the largest banks. You'll build out Sales, Presales and Sales Operations to support the significant increase in revenue you'll be achieving. Once you've got your feet wet, have figured things out, and know how to use the coffee maker, you'll begin the process of managing performance to ensure success.
Only candidates who are already leading sales teams for a SaaS vendor will be considered.
