Our Toronto based client provides award winning research-based compliance software solutions to thousands of enterprise clients on a Global basis.

They enable organizations to achieve and maintain compliance and to develop privacy programs that demonstrate ongoing data privacy compliance.


Our client is looking for a customer marketing Rockstar to lead the strategy and execution of marketing to their customer base.

This is a new position in the marketing department reporting to the VP, Marketing.

You will: Build strong customer relationships and liaise among the Brand & Communications, Product Marketing, and Customer Success and Support functions to increase customer advocacy

You will: Deeply connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle

You will: Create, execute, and manage customer marketing campaigns that drive value for customers, and align with our clients value propositions, messaging, and goals

You will: Own your metrics; track, analyze and optimize customer engagement and advocacy efforts

You will: Help Marketing and Customer Success & Support teams meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives

You will: Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates, keep the communication cycle alive and well.

Experience & Expertise

Requirements to be successful

  • 5+ years of working in a Customer Communications, Customer Marketing or Customer Success role in technology (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills and be a solid writer
  • Must be a team player
  • Start-up / scale-up experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar discipline (or relevant related experience)
