This is your opportunity to join one of Toronto's highest profile startups, founded by a serial entrepreneur who has a track record of success launching consumer experience products. Our client has recently raised a Series A round led by the Founder of Square—they are poised to scale their organization and double in size.

This startup of 25 people has created a new product category, disrupting the money transfer and gift certificate industry. Imagine receiving an email money transfer where the receiver unlocks the transaction first by playing a game, or completing a challenge. This first of its kind product has already captured the attention of the 6 largest banks in the USA, and has been financially backed by the largest consumer bank in America.


Your mission will be instrumental to accelerating the growth and scale of a business already caught up in a significant upward growth trajectory!

You will be the FIRST Product Manager to join the team, and show them how product management is done! This is a classic Product Management role, and you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing and prioritizing the roadmap
  • Assessing and prioritizing backlog
  • Working with the developers to execute and meet timelines, removing roadblocks as required
  • Working collaboratively with an epic designer on the UX, and future releases/feature requests or iterations
  • Participating in all meetings and acting the product's CHAMPION
  • Ultimately releasing world class product - native mobile - to be used by the masses across North America!

Experience & Expertise

You have experience working as a Product Manager for a tech company or digital agency.

You have worked on a CONSUMER (B2C) product, and can show us a website or app that YOU worked on.

You have stories of releasing product in the market: the highs and the lows, the frustrations, the pivots, the sunsets. You love it all and are delighted to talk about how you conquered all to GET IT DONE!

You are excited to work out of our client's downtown Toronto location, just a 5 minute walk from Union Station (this is not a WFH role).

Bonus points if you have done this job at a GAMING COMPANY.
