This startup of 25 people has created a new product category, disrupting the money transfer and gift certificate industry. Imagine receiving an email money transfer where the receiver unlocks the transaction first by playing a game, or completing a challenge. This first of its kind product has already captured the attention of the 6 largest banks in the USA, and has been financially backed by the largest consumer bank in America.
In this newly created position, you will be responsible for the mission critical role of getting our client's clients integrated and LIVE on the platform.
No pressure, but your success in this role will be directly tied to the success clients will have when deploying the solution to end user consumers.
You will work with large US banks, leading them through the process of integrating with our client's platform. This will require you to engage with high level stakeholders, which may be the CMO, Head of Mobile Banking, or Head of Consumer Experience.
In this role you will remove roadblocks to client success, act as the Voice of the Customer to the Product team, and champion the client's commitment to digital transformation through customer engagement and digital experiences.
You will take ownership of formalizing and documenting the process of successfully deploying a client, which will then be used to streamline future client engagements. Your work will make complex integrations easier and simpler.
You have experience doing software integrations at a bank. We are open to considering candidates who come from one of 3 environments:
Your software experience has included working with business stakeholders on the C-Suite of large banks.
You are an individual contributor. This is not a "project manager" role where you are leading teams of people doing an integration project. You will be the ONE PERSON doing the job.
Bonus points if you have experience deploying MOBILE PLATFORMS.
You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Early in your career, you were probably a software engineer, but someone identified you as top talent and recommended you move into a client facing role. The rest is history.
You can commute to an office walking distance from Union, but you are able to travel to the USA as often as is required. This is NOT a remote/WFH situation.
