Your mission will be to assume leadership responsibility for the Product Management function of a late-stage startup/small business.
You will develop the product strategy and prioritize the future of the product, with an emphasis on collecting and analyzing user data to inform your decisions.
You will partner with the Head of Engineering to determine the right mix of new feature development and optimization of the current features.
You will mentor and manage a team of 2: a Product Manager and Designer. You will coach them toward continued growth and success both in the firm and in their careers. One day, they will cite YOU as the reason they have become such successful professionals.
