Imagine receiving an email money transfer where the receiver unlocks the transaction first by playing a game, or completing a challenge. This first of its kind product has already captured the attention of the 6 largest banks in the USA, and has been financially backed by the largest consumer bank in America.
The mission of this role is fairly broad: engaging with clients and partners, leading junior developers, scaling and optimizing the business, and performing some architecture work. You will be the "right hand" to the CTO to help scale the businessthis is a great opportunity to be part of a growth story.
You are a Senior Software Developer with 4-8 years work experience.
Your experience has been focused on developing NATIVE MOBILE APPS (IoS and Android).
You have shipped product that is in the market today.
You have some experience working on banking mobile apps, or working on integration projects with a bank client.
You have demonstrated leadership skills at your place of work, or in the broader tech/start up community in Toronto. This could include mentoring, leading others, giving presentations, or otherwise investing in the tech community.
Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional. You could lead a meeting with an Executive of a bank with no problems.
You are interested perm/FT role (this is not a contract or freelance arrangement). You are excited to work out of our client's downtown Toronto location, just a 5 minute walk from Union Station (this is not a WFH role).
You have a degree from a respected University.
