Our client is a Toronto based start up, launching consumer brands and digital consumer experiences. Our client has a number of health and wellness products: both consumer electronics and native mobile apps (IOS and Android), already in market globally.
Our client has a remarkable story: founded in 2018, funded partially by Silicon Valley Bank, their products launched in 2019 and within 11 months have achieved revenue in excess of $15M.
Your mission will drive global growth at scale through your efforts in developing and executing large scale, high spend digital campaigns.
You will inherit a team of 2 direct reports who manage another 2 people. You will also have a dotted line into a team doing support and operations.
Your efforts will be both strategic (planning and budgeting) and executing. You will be the point person for managing their digital agency partnerships and directing their activities.
Reporting to the CEO/CoFounder, your decisions and actions will be part of a bigger mission to build a world class, direct to consumer brand of products.
You have experience working for a DIRECT TO CONSUMER ecommerce business.
You have scaled HIGH SPEND digital campaigns across all digital channels. This includes: Google, Bing SEM, Shopping, Display, Youtube, Amazon Sponsored PPC.
You have experience managing digital ad agencies.
The perfect candidate has experience driving MOBILE APP DOWNLOADS for user acquisition, but the above mentioned requirements are what are "mandatory".
You are adaptable and agile, able to thrive in an early stage business of fewer than 50 employees.
You are able to commute to an office downtown Toronto, close the Spadina/Queen. This role is not a remote/work from home arrangement.
