Our client is a Toronto based scale up and was created because they saw an opportunity for products, data and technology to be used to simplify, connect and improve daily life.

Through understanding consumer needs, they build care brands; brands that enable people to achieve everyday health and happiness.

Our Client has a number of health and wellness products: both consumer electronics and native mobile apps (IOS and Android), already in market globally.

Our client has a remarkable story: founded in 2018, their products launched in 2019 and to date have achieved revenue in excess of $60M. They are profitable, growing quickly and are a Global team.


You will join as the company's first VP GROWTH. This opportunity is a first time hire, and takes the torch from the Founder/CEO who has been responsible for this function to date.

Your mission will drive global growth at scale through your efforts in developing and executing large scale, high spend digital campaigns.

You will inherit a team of direct reports currently led by a Director.

Your efforts will be both strategic (planning and budgeting) and executing. You will be the point person for managing their digital agency partnerships and directing their activities.

Reporting to the CEO/Co-Founder, your decisions and actions will be part of a bigger mission to build a world class, direct to consumer brand of products.

Experience & Expertise

You have experience working for a DTC business/brand, scaling and leading an INHOUSE TEAM of performance marketers and growth hackers.

You have scaled HIGH SPEND digital campaigns across all digital channels. This includes: Google, Bing SEM, Shopping, Display, Youtube, Amazon Sponsored PPC.

The perfect candidate has experience driving MOBILE APP DOWNLOADS for user acquisition.

You live in a major city in the eastern standard time zone. The ideal candidate is based in Ontario.
