You will be joining a newly created Product Management organization as the company's second Product Manager! They are as excited to be adding this role to the team as you will be joining the team!
Your mission is to tackle and manage a suite of products, some used by B2B enterprise customers, while others are used by consumers.
You will tackle 3 goals: 1. Focus on driving a delightful CX of their SELF SERVE PORTAL. Define the path forward.
Develop the processes that collect, measure and report on CUSTOMER INSIGHTS to identify product opportunities.
Manage the PRICING OPERATIONS: competitive insights, ensuring profitability and knowledge transfer.
You are currently employed as a Product Manager for a tech company. You are able to apply best practises to your efforts. You have experience releasing world class products which are considered mission critical to an enterprise customer or to the consumer market (B2C). You have worked on digital products, specifically PORTALS.
Bonus Points If: You have worked on a complex telecommunications product. You have worked on solutions used by the oil & gas, mining or health & safety industries.
This role is based at an office in Etobicoke, not accessible by TTC, unless a quarantine order is in place.
