Our client is a Toronto based scale up and was created because they saw an opportunity for products, data and technology to be used to simplify, connect and improve daily life. Through understanding consumer needs, they build care brands; brands that enable people to achieve everyday health and happiness. They have a number of health and wellness products: both consumer electronics and native mobile apps (IOS and Android), already in market globally. Their growth to date is remarkable: founded in 2018, their products launched in 2019 and to date have achieved revenue in excess of $60M.
Your mission will be to own global fulfillment operations, with 1M+ units flowing annually through 5 Distribution Centers across the globe.
You will join as the first Head of D2C Operations, working with a fulfillment team based in the Philippines.
Your work will optimize the flow of electronic hardware and skincare products from DC's to end consumers, working with e-commerce vendors including Amazon, Walmart and Shopify.
Reporting directly to the Founder and supported closely by the Director of Customer Support, you will have the chance to set up best practices for fulfillment.
You have managed global D2C fulfillment operations, ideally dealing with electronics or CPG products.
The majority of your product flows through e-Commerce vendors.
You have worked with a globally distributed team, and with outsourced warehousing and transportation services.
You are able to commute to an office in downtown Toronto, near Queen & John, when it is safe to do so
