You'll own three critical functions driving our client's business growth. #1 Build and deploy email including: Develop compelling email campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and communication with their target audiences using email and CRM tools Research, create, and test persona-specific and industry-specific messages to improve campaign performance Manage nurture campaigns to guide prospects and customers through appropriate funnels Run A/B tests on email campaigns to establish effective approaches Leverage results and insights to optimize and expand email campaigns
Maintain list health by managing deliverability and contact frequency, and advising on content Maintain database cleanliness and perform clean-up efforts and re-engagement campaigns on a regular basis Identify methods for improving data consistency and build workflows that allow for quick and easy access to data across multiple systems
Maintain ongoing reports that track key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate and others by various segments Analyze campaign data to share actionable insights and opportunities with management, and suggest ways to adjust and improve

Minimum 2+ years of email marketing automation with experience using marketing technologies to build email templates, campaigns. Expert knowledge of spreadsheet management and manipulation of data in spreadsheets. A university degree, or relevant experience in a marketing, communications or related field. Expert knowledge in building lead generation, lead nurturing and drip campaigns. Experience with HTML/CSS, will be beneficial. Experience with Pardot, or a similar marketing automation platform. Experience managing and maintaining contact databases. Excellent writing skills. Strong analytical skills. Data-driven in your approach. Expert knowledge in email compliance policies and best practices. Strong debugging skills to identify deliverability issues and correct them.
