Mission

As leader of our client's Cloud Sales team you will be responsible for a team selling to new Tier 1, 2 & 3 accounts along with existing customers. You will also work with Product and Marketing Leadership to define the next generation of analytics-based cloud solutions as they blaze a new trail in next-generation business applications. Primarily, you will be responsible for ensuring your sales team has all the tools necessary to deliver on the ambitious business goals you have set for them.

You will manage the day-to-day and week-to-week operations of the sales team, ensuring sales best practices are brought to bear to support high velocity, and high quality, sales performance. You will also bring your sales leadership experience to the team as you coach, develop and support their growth as sales professionals.


Experience & Expertise

5+ years of sales management experience Track record of leading teams who over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions In depth understanding of selling Saas cloud business solutions Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the CEO/CFO/CMO level Drive high activity, net new prospecting, transactional sales
