Our client is a passionate team of 12 people whose MVP is already being used by 4 Beta customers. Funded and poised for dramatic growth over the next 14 months, our client has retained us to complete the Executive team with two strategic hires.
You will join a founding team as the first Marketing Leader: CMO.
You will champion models, campaigns and programs appropriate to the state of the business and team today, while building the foundation to advance growth and consistent repeatable execution at scale.
This role will drive the user persona development and go to market strategy and planning of their V1 product release. Your mission will include thought leadership, trade shows, content, lead generation and social strategy.
You will inherit a team of 2 marketers.
You are an experienced Marketing leader operating at a VP or CMO level. You have 10+ years professional employment experience.
Your background is B2B SaaS. You have a track record of applying modern marketing tactics that drive growth.
You have experience selecting a marketing tech stack to drive demand gen programs. You also have experience marketing through a social lens, applying best practises across digital channels relevant to industry groups.
You have leadership experience hiring, leading and performance managing other marketers. You know when it's time to hire and can prioritize to maximize your budget.
