Mission

Your mission is to take ownership of a number of clients and manage the relationship to ensure that their business objectives are being met. You will be their subject matter expert and as such are required to learn the application's modules inside and out.

When a new client is assigned to you, you will manage the relationship from implementation planning through installation. Once this installation is complete you will provide training to business users and provide on-going support.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and remote web sessions during business hours
• Writing SQL scripts and installing new websites on IIS server and SQL server backend
• Assisting with software upgrades for clients
• Testing and troubleshooting
• Providing clients with guidance and training on how to best use the software
• Conducting remote training
• Promoting the benefits of new features and enhancements to clients
• Contributing to knowledge base documents
• Sharing software enhancement ideas with development team

Experience & Expertise

This is senior level position and the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology roles
• Background in web based applications and SQL server programming
• Basic HTML and understanding of web based applications and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn software applications
• Experience managing the software implementations from start to finish
