Our client is a Toronto based scale up and was created because they saw an opportunity for products, data and technology to be used to simplify, connect and improve daily life. Through understanding consumer needs, they build care brands; brands that enable people to achieve everyday health and happiness. They have a number of health and wellness products: both consumer electronics and native mobile apps (IOS and Android), already in market globally. Their growth to date is remarkable: founded in 2018, their products launched in 2019 and to date have achieved revenue in excess of $60M.
You will join as a leader to manage and optimize the ecommerce website that drives revenue globally.
Your mandate will be to take an analytics (technical) approach to the ecommerce business and make decisions that improve the customer experience.
You will head a team of 5-8 people, a few of whom work at agencies. They will execute on UX/UI, SEO, merchandising, pricing and copywriting while you lead the overall strategy.
You are currently responsible for an ecommerce business that sells globally, at scale.
