Your mission will be to oversee the company's ongoing operations and procedures as well as to ensure the efficiency of the business.
You will directly manage the functional leaders of the company and ensure the best talent is hired and retained to enable the business to achieve its objectives.
You will be responsible for the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction, retention, and company goals.
You will be responsible for ensuring the product management objectives are achieved and realized in partnership with corporate stakeholders.
You are an Operational Leader working for a software vendor or technology solution provider.
You have experience working for a larger company and therefore able to bring and apply best practices to achieve sustainable, repeatable processes.
You have leadership maturity, able to work successfully across an organization, with functional leaders, Founders and Board members and international stakeholders.
You are outcome oriented. You have experience making data driven decisions, and managing by KPIs, reporting on results and metrics.
They have diplomacy skills and experience in change management.
