You will champion the customer acquisition team, aka GROWTH team.
In this case, "growth" means acquiring customers through PAID SOCIAL campaigns, DISPLAY, SEM, INFLUENCER programs and AFFILIATE marketing
You are an inhouse PAID SOCIAL campaign marketer.
You have hands-on experience in FB, IG, AdWords, DV360, Criteo.
You have a deep understanding of FB/IG platform algorithms and can ensure the team follows best practices.
You are obsessive about driving CREATIVE TESTING and monitoring the KPIs.
You have SCALED a business.
