You will be joining as the company's FIRST QA/Software Test Lead
Your mission will be to focus on building out the company's QA/ testing processes from scratch.
You will report to the CTO and be supported by a team of 15-20 Application specialists to help with fractional testing, based on the test plans created by you
Manage their quarterly software build and release schedule.
Write test cases, create test data to meet testing needs, develop tools for automated testing and execute scripts, evaluate results and report accordingly.
Establish processes for collecting data, data entry, and prioritizing defects reports for defect tracking tools.
Systematically address application security issues and develop secure coding practices. Utilize application security scanning tools to identify vulnerabilities and associated risks.
Producing metrics reporting the state of application security programs and performance of development teams against requirements.
You have led teams and created processes for testing cycles and defining quality standards
5+ years of experience in all types of testing (performance, functional, load, web services, data creation, stress, etc.)
3+ years experience in leading QA analysts
Strong written and verbal skills are imperative to the role
Strong tech stack
OTHER
University degree in Computer Science or related field
