Our Client is a publicly traded enterprise in the Green Energy industry who recently acquired a B2B SaaS start up in Toronto.
You will join as the company's first Senior Product Manager, working title: Head of Product. It will become your mission to lead the business and it's V1 product through a number of transformations that will enable global scale.
You will report to the Founder/CEO while leading a small team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and Designers.
You are currently a Product Management leader who balances the strategy with the tactical.
You have stepped into opportunities that are ambiguous and require you to bring clarity and best practices to how a product org operates and make decisions.
You have taken a young product (a version 1) and built the plan and roadmap to get it to a full release based on highest value opportunities.
You lead a small scrappy team working in an agile model of releasing every 2-3 weeks.
You live somewhere that you could get to an office downtown Toronto once quarantines lift and the role requires it.
Bonus points if you lead a UX/UI team. Double bonus points if you speak German.
