Mission

This is an exciting opportunity to work on market-facing strategies and release execution. Your mission will be to manage both new products and iterative product improvements. You also will be responsible for executing feature releases and integrating them into partner ecosystems, ensuring dates and times lines are met.

This is a net-new role reporting to the VP of Product Management. While the role is a senior-level individual contributor, the strategic nature and its expected impact will be that of a Director.

You will become the internal voice and champion to ensure use case improvements by:

  • Researching the competitive landscape and analyzing market trends across loyalty, rewards, payments and credit products
  • Applying a strategic approach to work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams

Experience & Expertise

  • You are currently a senior-level Product Manager operating at a Director level.
  • You have a client or market-facing experience who can engage with customers and partners to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and present internally.
  • Your prior decisions and experiences have impacted businesses and you have a track record of driving profitable growth.
  • You are scrappy, have grit and thrive in environments where you are given the autonomy to "make it happen".
  • Experience working with payment processing, transaction processing, prepaid, debit, credit cards, rewards, loyalty and/or B2B SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
