Your mission is to support the marketing team with all aspects of demand generations and marketing operations including planning, forecasting and budgeting for named accounts and partners. Your goal is to design, plan and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.

Most of all, you are a revenue-centric marketer that strives to surpass goals with the marketing programs they manage and a collaborative leader that can effectively work with cross-functional teams.


  • Develop and execute inbound & outbound (digital and offline) demand generation (e.g., webinars, content syndication, e-mail marketing, PPC, etc.) to drive revenue targets
  • Manage the demand generation campaign calendar, working with marketing to create and deliver multi-channel programs that drive new revenue and accelerate sales pipeline
  • Implement systematic A/B testing to drive open rate and lead conversions across multiple channels
  • Improve the SAL and lead-to-close won conversion rate and increase funnel marketing efficiency
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length

Experience & Expertise

  • You have 5+ years of Demand Generation experience in B2B software/services.
  • You have a background in marketing ops and demand gen management, both digital and offline.
  • You have a strong understanding of measuring demand gen program performance and setting KPIs.
  • You are well versed in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ad Words and running campaign reporting.
  • You have expertise in content & conversion strategies and persona-based marketing.
  • You possess attention to detail and discipline to follow established standards and processes.
