Mission

Legislative changes to the sports betting industry combined with an infusion of investment have positioned our client to unlock and realize tremendous growth over the next 5 years.

You will be the company's first CPO who will provide leadership to 8 functional leaders that manage a team of 50+. You will work collaboratively and strategically with our client's chapter leads in marketing, content, engineering, design, and product teams to ensure effective delivery and support of products, channels, and services.

Your mission is to develop and drive the strategic vision for the next iteration of the business and the experiences it delivers to its users. You will lead the planning of our client's product portfolio goals, strategies and tactics across channels to achieve profitable growth targets.


Experience & Expertise

  • You are a visionary product leader who has experience in developing the business and product's long-term strategic roadmap including a monetization strategy based on product adoption and growth.
  • You are an innovative thinker with sound business experience, proficiency in product management, marketing, and analytics.
  • You have taken net-new product experiences from ideation to prototype to market release and profitable growth.
  • You are consumer-experienced focused! Your product experiences include digital products such as sports and entertainment, DTC products such as fitness, food, e-commerce, fashion and travel.
  • You have start-up or scale-up experience and embody the "start-up hustle" and attitude.
  • You lead in an agile, iterative way, placing a value on experimentation and failing fast.
