Lead Product Designer

Martyn Bassett Inc

Our client has consistently been recognized among "The Best Places to Work" Travel Tech companies in Canada! This Toronto-based start-up offers a marketing platform that empowers travel and tourism brands to source, organize and share top-performing visuals with their respective audiences. Since their launch in 2011, they have been a market leader in the travel and tourism industry connecting brands and consumers alike with captivating imagery that makes a real impact.

Our client is adding a new line of business alongside their original platform to build a marketplace where visitors, travellers and the local community can share experiences of their favourite places in a story format.

Your mission is to design a leading platform for the community to enrich their travel experience and connect them with authentic content! You will lead the design decisions for our client's digital (web-based) experiences and play a pivotal role in the design process, from generative research to conception, to UI/UX, usability testing, validation, and spearhead design execution.

You will collaborate closely with the product teams and act as a mentor to the existing design team, shipping valuable features to their customers. If you're passionate about helping everyone see what matters, you'll fit right in.
