Our client (a banking innovation lab venture) is a mission-driven organization that is committed to helping medical professionals spend less time on administration and billing and more time with their patients. They offer a software-based medical billing solution, currently used by thousands of physicians across Canada.


Mission

As the new Head of Sales, you will have the exciting opportunity to build out a sales team and help further scale our client's fast-growing company.

Currently, our client is steadily growing at the rate of one new account per day, all through inbound. Your mission will be to build a high-performance outbound sales team from the ground up while managing the current inbound lead volume.

Our client is looking for a passionate leader who can coach and rally the sales team to achieve the highest level of excellence. A team that is poised to grow from 2 to 12 over the next two quarters.

You will also be the customer advocate who can integrate feedback into the organization while managing customer expectations effectively. You will be the source for identifying trends, opportunities and threats and communicate these effectively to the company.

Experience & Expertise

  • Experience managing a remote high-velocity Outbound Field Sales Team across multiple provinces; startup SaaS sales experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of building performance-driven sales teams from scratch and know how to set and achieve revenue goals (both individual and team level)
  • Extensive experience using a CRM to manage opportunity pipelines and team performance
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong background in generating outbound leads
  • An ambitious leader, skilled at pitching and closing deals, people development, client development, organizational excellence, exceptional sales management, sales operations and sales pipeline analysis & management
