As the new Head of Sales, you will have the exciting opportunity to build out a sales team and help further scale our client's fast-growing company.
Currently, our client is steadily growing at the rate of one new account per day, all through inbound. Your mission will be to build a high-performance outbound sales team from the ground up while managing the current inbound lead volume.
Our client is looking for a passionate leader who can coach and rally the sales team to achieve the highest level of excellence. A team that is poised to grow from 2 to 12 over the next two quarters.
You will also be the customer advocate who can integrate feedback into the organization while managing customer expectations effectively. You will be the source for identifying trends, opportunities and threats and communicate these effectively to the company.
