Mission

Our client has retained our firm for their next critical hire! This hire will build, lead and expand the MSP practice into operation. This is a senior-level position equivalent to a VP role in another firm.

Your mission will be to start as the sole leader, directly reporting to the CEO. You will eventually build our client's team.

You will define the SLAs, how to provide level 1 and level 2 support, the technology required, and address the immediate need for existing clients and what Managed Services they need. You will also lead offshore operations.

Experience & Expertise

• Proven experience in deploying and managing a managed security services organization
• Ample experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Access Management (IAM) or supporting other related security solutions such as Oracle, PING, SailPoint, etc.
• Expert within Cloud Security, Cloud architectures and platforms (Google, AWS, Azure) and DevOps
• Knowledge in principles of zero-trust, identity security, attack vectors, ransomware, and security technology solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of Network (IDS, Firewall, VPN), SIEM solutions, MDR etc.
• Knowledgeable within Network and Applications Protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, FTP, HTTP, DNS, routing, etc.)
