Our Client is a B2B SaaS startup whose solutions enable customer-led decision making for FP1000 companies. Our client is a bootstrapped, privately held and profitable company with ambitious goals for global scale.


Our client is looking for a strategic Director of Sales Operations, to help support their sales team in managing growth and vertical expansion. As the resident sales technology expert and master of sales efficiency and productivity, you will be partnering with the Sales leadership team to drive operational excellence in their SaaS sales organization while overseeing the day to day administration of Salesforce and operational tasks. In collaboration with Marketing, you will identify and implement software tools, advise leadership on areas where they can improve efficiency, predict success and failure points with data to guide decisions, and impact business success. The ideal candidate has a passion for driving outcomes by turning data-driven insights into actions and enjoys working within a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will: Provide predictive models, backed by organized data, to sales leadership, driving direction in decisions, and recommend actions that need to be taken to achieve business objectives • Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce (CRM) and other software programs • Partner and lead cross functional teams alongside leadership to ensure continuous alignment across all departments and further develop team members • Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales & Marketing organizations to optimize employee experience (time in system & flow) as well as prospect and customer experience journey • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports including Key Performance Indicators • Manage and maintain sales process adherence with Sales Representatives • Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data accuracy • Assist Sales Leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection • Create and maintain sales SOP and our sales playbook 8 Implement and maintain Salesforce customizations such as workflows, rules, reporting dashboards, sharing and visibility, approval processes, and security • Assisting with the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives

Experience & Expertise

+7 years of experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce administration • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, CPQ & Pardot, Certified Salesforce Administrator • Experience leading teams, motivating team members, and assessing performance • Ability to understand strategic direction and goals of Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives • Ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
