Our client is searching for a Product Designer to join the conversion team to champion the design for one of the company's key Microsoft products. You will capture the reality of the client's users and translate it into conversion and onboarding experiences. This role will create the mock-ups, prototypes, production of illustrations, components of the Design System, user flows, user tests, and collaboration on delivery with the developers.
Reporting to the Director of UX Design, your mission will be to work collaboratively with the Product Leader and key members of the product team on creating end-to-end design. You will work heavily on strategic design principles, conduct user research, spearhead the UX Design initiatives, and conduct QA testing.
You will identify opportunities to improve the product design and work collaboratively with the software development team to find design solutions. You will coordinate and execute the direction of the UI/UX experience and ensure the functionalities align with the product design vision. The incumbent will use internal tools to identify potential areas for improvement in the UX design and improve the visual design through illustration or animations. The design requires a candidate who is able to validate solutions through conducting both internal and external user testing.
