Today they are operating in 10 countries around the globe and expanding 25% year over year.



Mission

You will be the first Sales Executive for this fast-growing company in Canada. Grow the market and move into a Country Manager role with equity.

You will evangelize their vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives. The overarching goal is to recognize opportunities with new clients and transition them into long-term profitable relationships.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Identifying sales opportunities through prospecting and discovery meetings
  • Managing the sales process through qualifying needs analysis, product/solution fit demonstrations, custom demos (if required), negotiations and close
  • Collaborating with the sales team including sales consulting and product specialists to achieve sales objectives from new ventures
  • Maintaining top industry knowledge about products and trends in sales and marketing, SaaS sales best practices, content delivery and engagement, etc.
  • Producing goal-oriented reports that leverage modern CRM tools

Experience & Expertise

  • 3+ years of successful B2B software sales experience (ideally some SaaS) selling into the Insurance market
  • Strong background in selling to enterprise accounts and carrying $1M - $1.5M annual quota for ARR
  • Ability to acquire new customers, manage sales cycles and sell to C-level Executives
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
