With Major League Baseball teams already on their client roster, they couldn't be more excited about their growth in 2022!

Their solutions have applications in the Sports Performance Management, Long-Term Care, Physiotherapy, and Workplace Health & Safety spheres, and their SaaS platform delivers validated biomechanical feedback and analysis through their web and mobile app.


Mission

Our client has engaged us to find their first Digital Marketing Leader. They require an individual who understands all aspects of digital marketing that can be leveraged to convert leads into pipeline.

This role will give you great exposure to the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced startup and will help influence all aspects of the business.

You will work on both, strategy, and execution. You're comfortable with not only developing plans but also acting on them to make results happen!

You will lead an integrated strategy for marketing campaigns, creating scalable, data- driven, multi-channel demand generation programs

You will run A/B tests use various tactics to drive huge impact on conversions

You will leverage customer and product usage data to drive growth

You will work across the company with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to increase the leverage of each winning campaign

This position will report directly to the Co-Founder and will build out their Marketing organization.


Experience & Expertise

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable creating an overall strategy as well as hands-on execution.
  • You're a jack-of-all trades when it comes to marketing, understanding all the different levers that can pulled to move a SaaS B2B business forward.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, funnel optimization, and brand awareness
  • You are passionate about creating sales opportunities and skilled in creating strategies and tactics that drive revenue.
  • You take extreme ownership of everything you're responsible for and are driven to continual improvement.
  • Experience with data analytics platforms is a strong asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you'll be working closely with everyone in the company
