Mission
To tackle and manage a suite of products
You will tackle 3 goals:
- Focus on driving a delightful CX of their SELF SERVE PORTAL. Define the path forward.
- Develop the processes that collect, measure and report on CUSTOMER INSIGHTS to identify product opportunities.
- Manage the PRICING OPERATIONS: competitive insights, ensuring profitability and knowledge transfer.
Experience & Expertise
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in the telecommunications industry.
- STEM degree preferred.
- Experience in bringing new products to market and leading large multi-year technology-based projects.
- High degree of interest/competency in satellite technologies, telecom, and software services.
- Experience with online collaboration tools such as Monday, Airtable, Figma, Zendesk, Slack, CRMs, etc.
- Data analytics experience using advanced reporting tools such as Tableau or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Product and UI design experience a major asset.
