They are searching for their first Senior Product Designer - Design Systems, who will play a critical role on the design team and will report into the Lead Senior Product Designer. This position will own our client's design system to ensure that this design system is evolving!

Our client's mission is to be a leader in the digital asset financial system globally and help clients around the world save and borrow digital assets. This role's mission is to act as the key design systems leader for our client!

As the first role of its kind, the Senior Product Designer - Design Systems will elevate our client's design system to an exceptional standard of craft. The design system will be the sole focus of this role.

Experience & Expertise

• 5+ years of relevant design experience; including a portion of time dedicated solely to managing design systems
• Demonstrated experiencing taking Design Systems from zero to one, and then helped those systems continue to evolve and scale
• Along with strong usability and research experience, experience with using Figma is a must; particularly creating easy-to-use shared libraries for the larger design team.
• Experience working with product managers and engineers to implement design systems in their products
• Must have a strong interest in the fintech space and have an interest and understanding of the crypto-economy
