Critical to achieving the company's ambitious goals is the addition of the company's first Product Management Leader.
This newly created role will develop and drive the strategic vision for the next iteration of the user experience across 2 brands (4 websites).
Until this point in the business, product management has been a function shared between the company's 2 Founders and the VP Marketing.
This hire will champion a user centric point of view and build a team obsessed with seamless, frictionless flows that delight users with the content they engage with.

A UX Centric Product Management leader: Experience delivering a premium product user experience to consumers, at scale. Understands native digital monetization models based on SEO, adtech, intent and conversion. A product leader with functional depth in UX and UX Research. A product leader who is highly collaborative and builds bridges with business stakeholders, marketing and product delivery teams.
