The mission of this role is to champion the Voice of the Customer to ensure the next version of the product is aligned to the needs of modern homeowners and what they have come to expect from their connected devices and mobile app experiences.
Our client is interested in candidates who are employed as Customer Success Managers but want to pivot their careers into Product Management.
The ideal candidate is a CSM closing feedback loops between users and Eng teams.
Valuable experience includes working for a software vendor whose products are used by consumers: B2C or DTC.
