Mission

Our Client is on the hunt for their next Partner. This is a critical leadership role that reports to the CEO and Founder and will be part of the ELT.

The hire will lead a growing cross-functional team of Consultants and Delivery leads; a larger team depending on the project complexity.

The Partner will own a large book of business of existing clients and technology partners, ensuring ultimate client satisfaction.

The Partner will be responsible for new business development and increasing the company's client base.

He/She will be tasked to expand our clients market-share across industries and increase market penetration within specific industry verticals, elevate our clients already strong position within the market, focusing on best practices, and ensuring the attraction, development and retention of top talent as the company grows.

The Partner will own deployments for Identity Management solutions, which average three years in length.

The Partner will ensure delivery of PAM, Digital ID, CIAM, Cloud Security projects with cloud security being the latest addition to our clients service line.


Experience & Expertise

  • Robust understanding of the Cybersecurity market and some level of knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management would be an asset.
  • Skilled in negotiation, selling and execution, this person will be a key driver in our client's significant growth mandate.
  • Rolodex of industry contacts at the executive levels (CISO, VP of Infrastructure and CIO).
  • Excellent communication skills, polished, forward thinker, strong service orientation coupled with a keen sense of entrepreneurialism.
  • Proven expertise in owning a book of business and driving revenue.
