Mission

We are looking for a Director, Business Development who will manage a team of business development associates at various levels and lead all new client relationships across Canada and the United States. This is a pivotal growth focused management position that requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume, service environment. We are looking for someone who is a working-leader who will be responsible for overseeing business development, growth strategy, managing a team, and will be open to supporting execution.


Experience & Expertise

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree/College Diploma and relevant work experience.
  • Must have a successful track record in leading and motivating a sales team.
  • Must be excellent in planning, organizing, and effectively working in a high volume, high-stress, fast-paced service environments.
  • 5+ years of relevant leadership experience at a recruitment agency or within a related field.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and industry best-practices.
  • Understanding of KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Understands revenue and pricing models and P&L's.
  • Familiarity with Canadian and U.S employment laws and functions.
  • Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively with clients.
  • Charismatic, ethical, hard-working, organized, and practical in nature.
