Our client is a Canadian B2B SaaS company that offers management and CRM software solutions for Immigration consultants and immigration lawyers.


Our client is looking for their first Onboarding Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality customer experiences through demos while helping clients navigate the platform's features and functionalities.

Experience & Expertise

  • Over 3 years of experience managing customer-facing implementation and customer service for B2B SaaS companies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and support clients
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and ensure that the solution offered is the right fit
  • Consultative in nature with a focus on solution-selling.
  • Comfortable with presentations (phone, video, email)
  • Patience and positive
  • Ability to be work strategically in a growing scale-up environment
