Mission

Joining as a VP Product Management, your focus will be to drive velocity and scale through your product team. Optimizing processes while ensuring the CRAFT of product remains at a world class level, will be your goals for year 1 in this role.

Experience & Expertise

• Experience leading high performance product management and UX teams working on modern B2B SaaS applications.
• Success achieving revenue growth targets through subscription models that deliver ARR for a software vendor.
• Comfortable working in technically complex products, platform products, and engineering centric organizations. Able to rise above the tech, as the customer champion and the one who advocates for what is in the best interests of the user.
• The ideal candidate graduated with a STEM degree, worked for a "Big Tech" but left that behind to join a startup as a VP Product and built a business which achieved commercial success.
• Capable of getting it done while working remotely in the USA.
