Mission

The mission of this role is to apply product innovation frameworks to transform the business from outdated processes and tech stacks to modern, cloud-based infrastructure and lean business principles.

Working closely with the CEO, this hire will champion innovation across all business areas. They will lead the development and execution of a product roadmap that will usher in next-gen growth, leveraging automation, robotics, and cloud solutions.

Experience & Expertise

• Experience leading new product development and R&D for manufacturing
• Experience with heavily automated manufacturing processes
• Able to commute to Kitchener HQ 2-3 days per week
• Background in Robotics
• Exposure to .Net/C# will go a long way
