Our client is a workflow automation and document management solutions provider. Catering to various industries, their platform helps to create efficiency for document workflow, compliance, and collaboration.


Mission

As the Head of Sales, your mission will be to help the organization achieve 2x ARR in 2024. They are looking for a Player/Coach who will be responsible for building the sales process from ground up and leading a team of AEs focused on closing deals in high growth accounts.

Currently: 100% reliant on inbound leads (looking to grow the outbound strategy and team) ACV is 6-9k (but there are enterprise-level clients over 1M) ARR sits at $6-9k (but looking to grow to $15-25k) Churn less than 10% Solution is stable and ISO certified with SOC2 in motion


Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience
  • Experience selling to construction, airplanes and/or energy renewables
  • Track record building a sales playbook from scratch
  • Hunter mindset
