We are looking for an Account Manager who will drive new business development with technology and software companies across Canada and the United States!
This role will be responsible for spearheading the acquisition of new client relationships through a consultative sales approach and managing those client relationships.
Your mission will be to build new relationships with technology and software companies across North America and oversee client relationships. You will deliver unparalleled customer service to your clients, the appropriate hiring managers, and communicate regularly with clients regarding search progress, candidate evaluation, and present shortlisted candidates. You will be responsible for conducting introductory and screening phone calls with potential clients that come in from marketing and building referral networks to develop long-term relationships and evaluate alignment with potential clients.
Alongside these tasks, you will manage the executive recruitment team on all your searches and set consistent check-ins with researchers and recruiters who are working on your projects. While managing the candidate experience right through to the offer stage and negotiating all offers on behalf of your clients.
