Our client is a successful hardgoods ecommerce marketplace business operating at scale with a North American footprint.

Their SaaS platform solves for the complex business and GTM needs of a hardgoods manufacturer / supplier. Our client's platform enables them to reach more customers and scale their business.

Additionally, our client provides one of the only fully integrated shipping & logistics solutions for oversized hardgoods.


Mission

Over a 3 month consulting engagement, you will examine their current business, tech stack and products with the intent of identifying opportunities that would deliver GROWTH to the business in 2024.

  •    How might they monetize better?
    
  •    Where are the opportunities to drive growth?
    
  •    NPI spinoffs?
    
  •    Pricing?
    
  •    Revenue models?
    

The engagement will conclude with your report identifying a number of opportunities.


Experience & Expertise

  • Senior level product management or ecommerce management experience
  • Experience in DTC, B2C, B2B2C with some mix of B2B
  • Understands ECOMMERCE
  • Understands LOGISTICS
  • Growth hacking mindset
  • Revenue hacking mindset
  • Capable of getting into the weeds
  • Will know the right questions to ask
  • Working remotely anywhere in the USA or CANADA
