Heidi has been recruiting with Martyn Bassett Associates for 20 years. She has been instrumental in shaping the evolution of the business while leading mission-critical searches on behalf of some of the firm’s most valued clients. Heidi leads the Product Practice which was formally launched in 2016 and has grown to become the firm’s largest practice, representing CPO, VP, and Head of Product searches across North America. Heidi is a thought leader in the area of product management recruiting. She has been invited to speak at product groups, product meetups, and product-centric podcasts. Heidi is also a Board member of the Toronto Product Management Association (TPMA).
