With the aim to increase investor access to sophisticated wealth management advice, our client’s solutions empower wealth management firms and individual advisors to provide and manage virtually any investment for any investor through any distribution channel. Nest Wealth’s digital solutions are used across North America to deliver superior investment experiences to clients.
Search Requirements
Nest Wealth required someone with experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment and had the ability to build digital marketing, client acquisition, and branding initiatives from the ground up with tighter budgets/resources.
They were looking for a smart, self-starter who had proven experience scaling lead generation programs, managing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing market data/trends, and assisting with sales performance.
The Hire
The chosen candidate had 9 years of employment experience, all spent in marketing and 5 years working for various B2B SaaS organizations. They had experience running digital marketing, product launches, ABM, SEO, Content, multi-channel campaigns, and experiential marketing program.
They possessed a strong ability to craft, lead and implement revenue-driven campaigns, analytics and automation, growth tactics as well as streamline processes to scale Product and Marketing efforts.
This hands-on candidate had previously revamped an entire marketing function, building a demand gen engine and successful outbound program that tripled SQL conversion. They hold BAH in English & Philosophy, BA in Economics and Diploma in Graphic Design.
Since joining, this hire has built out the marketing team, executed on a huge backlog of items, and nailed down the strategy for the rest of the year (Q3/4 of 2021).
