Mission

As a Digital Demand Generation Manager, you are responsible for driving demand for our clients products across all digital channels. This is a new position on the Marketing team in their Toronto office and reports to the VP of Marketing.

You will work with an outstanding team of colleagues throughout the company. This role is critical to building the demand generation funnel and enabling the company to hit their lead, pipeline and revenue goals.

You thrive in the digital space and are adept at running multiple campaigns across channels. You live and breathe social media and know how to engage customers and prospects to drive demand. You are a "metrics junkie" and always able to show the results for each campaign and suggest new ways of improving how we analyze our pipeline and report our results.


Experience & Expertise

Requirements to be successful:

  • 5+ years of digital demand generation experience in technology (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Highly skilled with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is - and isn't - working
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills and be a solid writer
  • Must be a team player
  • Start-up / scale-up experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline
