You will join the organization as the company's FIRST Product Manager. You will step into a greenfield of opportunities to drive product management thinking across a sales-culture company.

You will work with Line of Business leaders who are responsible for the bottom line of their product/solution suite to identify solution opportunities and identify gaps not being addressed today.

You will become a 'competition ninja,' studying the strengths and weaknesses of the competition and developing GTM strategies to overtake and outpace them in the market.

You will study the partner landscape and become the expert in who to partner with and why.

You will develop THE roadmap of what the product and solution strategy will be for 2020.

You become the API of the company and integrate everything together to reach the company's goal of doubling revenue within 5 years.

Experience & Expertise

  • You are CURRENTLY a Senior Product Manager employed at a technology company in Toronto AND: your product experience is with B2B enterprise solutions
  • Your software is used by banks, the public sector, financial services companies, the insurance industry, pharma, health/medical organizations, and/or high tech companies.
  • Your product experience includes infrastructure solutions including IaaS, server based solutions, or complex large scale back-end systems.
  • Your products are used GLOBALLY.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate active listening and problem solving abilities.
