Proactively identify, contact and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing, social media and industry events Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries Provide product demonstrations, understand customer workflows and explain how our product can meet their requirements Create customer specific presentations and collaborate with our Marketing teams to maximize the effectiveness of our demand generation strategies Your contribution is woven into the deepest fibers of our client's fabric because you:
Effectively and independently deliver their value proposition, develop a deep understanding of their platform and an interest in the construction industry Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via phone, email, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, and executive introductions Develop, write, and deliver sales proposals and respond to client Request for Proposals (RFP's) Engage the team in the sales cycle and provide ongoing feedback Negotiate contracts with clients, working closely with sales development and customer success

You likely have a minimum of 3-5 years experience selling SaaS software. Holding at least a Bachelor's Degree (bonus points for business management, finance or a related field), you're the type of person who is attracted to startup life, interested in making a fortune selling life-changing software, and crushing your realistic numbers.
